A construction company or general contractor makes the bulk of their revenue selling you changes or upgrades to your home. A General Contractor, owns the plans and project. We use contractors where needed, but their scope is controlled and limited. Therefore, changes in new construction projects are almost non-existent.

With Robert Grigas and Associates, you will own the project, the plans, and for new construction, make payments directly to most of the vendors, suppliers and trades. The project will be initiated with the county or city as an owner builder project, and we will act as your agent.
